Account Registration & Personal Information

To open an account with jaybaji, certain basic requirements must be met. Every member is responsible for complying with these conditions.

Age Restriction

• You must be at least 18 years old to use jaybaji.
• A valid date of birth must be provided at the time of registration.
• During verification, a national ID or passport may be requested as proof of age.
• Providing false information about your age will result in permanent account termination and any funds held may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Only one jaybaji account is permitted per person, household, or device (same IP address). If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, and bank/mobile banking details provided at registration must be accurate. Incorrect information may cause issues with withdrawals. jaybaji reserves the right to verify your details at any time.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jaybaji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. Make sure to read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

What is a wagering requirement?

Wagering requirement refers to how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 10× wagering requirement means that a ৳100 bonus must be wagered a total of ৳1,000 before withdrawal.

Important Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus can be active at a time — you must complete or forfeit the current one before claiming the next.
• Free bet winnings are paid out as the net return — the original free bet stake is not included.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5.
• If the wagering requirement is not met by the time the bonus expires, both the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be voided.
• If you do not wish to claim a bonus, select the "Continue Without Bonus" option at the time of deposit.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Payment rules at jaybaji are simple and transparent. That said, keeping a few key points in mind will ensure your withdrawals go through without any issues.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳100.
• Deposits must be made from a bKash, Nagad, or bank account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made by a third party are not accepted and will be returned.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Standard account withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes; VIP accounts are processed even faster.
• Withdrawals of ৳1,00,000 or more may require additional verification.

Betting Rules & Settlement

Knowing these rules before placing a bet on jaybaji will save you from any confusion later.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Where the cashout feature is available, bets can be partially or fully cashed out while a match is in progress.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, jaybaji reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Accumulator Bet Rules

In a multi-match accumulator (parlay), if one leg is cancelled, that leg will be settled at odds of 1.00 and the rest of the bet will stand.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in Live Betting. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, the updated odds will be displayed. You are not required to proceed with the bet if you do not agree to the new odds.

Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaybaji platform. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account termination.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing opposing bets to exploit bonuses (arbitrage betting).
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Depositing funds from illegal or prohibited sources.
• Exploiting platform technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

If jaybaji detects suspicious activity, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and launch an investigation. If misconduct is confirmed, all account balances will be forfeited.

Responsible Betting & Self-Exclusion

Jaybaji believes betting is a form of entertainment — and entertainment is best enjoyed responsibly. That's why we provide a range of player protection tools.

• You can set your own daily or weekly deposit limits at any time.
• A cooling-off period (7 to 30 days) can be set.
• You can temporarily suspend your own account through self-exclusion.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available — contact support to request it.
